What we look for

Naturally, we want the best talent there is. Our team has been central to building brands including Revolut, Adyen and Airwallex.

You don't need to have worked for a big name brand or startup to join Outpost, but evidence of exceptional talent is what we're looking for. How you choose to demonstrate that is up to you.

More specifically:

  • Ridiculous bias for action, you like to solve not observe
  • Strong EQ, you know how to read a room, a customer, or a blocker
  • Exceptionally hard working, you see work as a core part of your purpose
  • Fluent in ambiguity and chaos, startups are not neat this will be hard
  • Curious and resourceful, you can figure anything out
  • Very comfortable with numbers, tools, and building scrappy systems
  • Comfortable getting hands dirty, your default mode is to do, not delegate
