These Terms govern the eFX payment and international transfer services provided by Outpost in Brazil.

If Outpost is the merchant of record for your checkout, you must tell buyers so and link the terms. Show this beside your payment button:
Sold by Outpost. By paying you accept the
<a href="https://outpost.ai/terms/merchant-of-record/">Merchant of Record Terms</a>.Link the document address, and nothing else. It always serves whatever is in force, so you never have to redeploy your checkout when the terms change. Do not link a /v/ address — those are pinned to one version — and do not link a clause anchor, because clause numbering moves between versions. Recording which version was in force for an order is Outpost's job, not yours.
